Even our neighbours liked them as they managed parking well and helped carry in grocery deliveries to avoid any issues. Couldn’t fault them.

Permaframe fitted a new bathroom window for me. The week it was due to be fitted the weather was atrocious which resulted in my fitting date had to be put back a week, I was given a few days notice of the cancellation which was perfectly understandable. The day of my window being fitted the job went with out a hitch and I have to say Rob and Rick did a really professional job, no cleaning up for us after the boys left. They carried out the window installation quickly, to really high standard and left the place clean and tidy. Really friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend using Permaframe, professional from first contact with Ian the sales rep to the windows being fully fitted.

The lads were chatty and kept us informed. They were polite and genuine. They worked hard to get the job done. Only downside is they were let down by company’s lack of communication and disconnect between builder needed and window fitters.
