Permaframe visited our home in April 24 to replace a shattered glass roof panel. The two guys that did the repairs were really good and fingers crossed, roof now looking good and watertight. Kayleigh in customer services very good and helpful. Only criticism would be length of time (2 months) it took for the roof repair to be done. Made up panel got sent to Scotland instead of bristol which added to delay. With a shattered glass roof a persistent uk rain, water damage is of great concern.

We would like to say a big thank you to Dan & Brian from Permaframe who installed our doors and windows. I must admit we were a bit apprehensive at the thought of having all our doors and windows replaced at the same time but Dan & Brian were great. They worked very hard and always kept us informed about what was happening and also gave us different choices on how we wanted the installation to be finished off. It is nice to see that there are still people around that make it their top priority to make sure the customer is pleased with the service they are getting. They cleaned up everything when they had finished and took all of the rubish and replaced materials away when they left. We would not hesitate to recommend Permaframe for the quality of their products and services and also Dan & Brian for their expertise and professionalism they are both a credit to the company. We are very pleased with the results, and our house has been transformed so thank you.

Our initial appointment with Dougie was informative and led us to make a couple of changes to our window set up which have made things a lot easier. Ben, who fitted our previous windows, came a few days later to do a survey and as always was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. The installation date was agreed much quicker than originally thought, and within a couple of weeks Dan and Brian arrived to fit the windows. They were friendly and worked well together, even replacing some tiles for us that cracked when an old window was taken out and they left everything clean and tidy. We had a small issue with the window handles being too stiff after installation, but Ben returned and rectified the issue quickly. All in all it was a stress free and efficient service. We have used Permaframe twice now and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Happy with our 2 replacement windows. Overall a good experience. Very happy with sales process where he was answering our questions and not just pushing for a signature. Brian and Dan did a good job of the installation despite the way the previous 25-year old windows had been fitted. Certainly appears a quality product and NO condensation now inside the rooms.

Tyron & Kyle who fitted our windows were timely, friendly and knowledgeable ( always taking time to answer questions ). They obviously know this job inside and out - no pun intended. Absolutely brilliant. Thankyou. You are a credit to this firm and they're lucky to have you. From sales to office staff we wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommend this company.

We had French doors fitted by permaframe Home Improvements and can honestly recommend this Company. The fitters Dan and Brian were great turning up and working late rather than letting us down and having to rearrange. There workmanship was excellent and precise and I am delighted with the result. I will be using this Company again for further work.

Everything was explained properly, the surveyor Ben was helpful with a concern my husband had and put his mind at rest. When Tyron and Kyle arrived to install our door, well if there was an Olympic model for installing a door they would have got Gold. !!!!Thank you all, the process was painless, even the cost was marginal.🎉
