From the first meeting when I asked for information, the Permaframe people were helpful, polite and friendly. The same on subsequent visits to measure up and then to install the window. The job was completed quickly, efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. Thank you.

Marc was a very helpful salesman. He made sure I was completely happy with the style of windows I had chosen making suggestions along the way. Ben came to measure up and got the measurements spot on. Then it went to pot. The person who dealt with the ordering the windows didn’t actually order them so I ended up waiting an extra couple of months for my windows to arrive and get fitted. I have been told these office issues have now been sorted (although this didn’t help me). On the day of fitting, Tyron & Kyle did a fantastic job of taking out my old windows and fitting the new ones. They were hard working and polite. They informed me there were 2 windows missing and the wrong size vents had been given to them. They returned 1st thing the next morning with the 2 missing windows which the fitted as well as tidying up a bit of silicone for me on the inside. A week later Ben returned with the vents and fitted them and apologised for the inconvenience of having to wait so long for my windows. Overall I am happy with the standard of my windows and all the people who came to carry out the work. They were just let down by the office staff who definitely need to work on their communication with each other and their customers.

Kyle and Tyron came today to replace a window for me and also correct several points that were wrong from my recent installation. I would just like to say thank you for their attitude and help in correcting things that wasnt their fault and being polite and helpful at all times. Thank you lads!

We had our windows and new back door installed by Tyron and Kyle today. Both worked efficiently and to a high standard. In fact we will be asking for them when we have our new front door installed and any other windows we order in the future. A credit to Permaframe.

From start to finish with Paul, knocking my door and Ian popping round promptly I now cant wait for my new door. Nice one Permaframe.
