Ich hatte einen Wertgutschein und die Vip Box. Ich habe meine Bestellung getätigt und beides hinzugefügt. Erst dann habe ich einen Fehler bei der Adresse entdeckt und die Bestellung storniert. Ich habe auch eine E-Mail bekommen, dass die Bestellung storniert wurde. Als ich dann die Artikel wieder bestellen wollte, war sowohl mein Gutschein als auch die Box weg.

Superschnelle Lieferung und tolle Produkte

Bestellung wird storniert, weil angeblich das Produkt nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Man kann es aber immer noch in derem Shop bestellen. Von der Stornierung erfährt man erst, wenn man fragt, warum nach zwei Monaten noch nichts ankommt.

Número de pedido: GE5915506686NL Número de seguimiento: CO373038098DE Después de un mes de espera de mi paquete y de comunicarlo. La empresa de transporte DHL tenía mal mi dirección porque NICHE Beauty no se la dio correctamente. En vez de solucionar algo tan simple como eso, me envía correos mareándome, mintiéndome. Se pusieron en contacto conmigo después de escribir en este medio hace dos semanas diciéndome que me habían abonado mi dinero y en siete días lo tendría. Otra mentira más. Lo he comunicado a mi banco e iré también a la oficina del consumidor o donde haga falta para recuperar mi dinero. Ellos saben que DHL no me ha dado mi pedido y el motivo de sobra y me marean con correos diciendo que explique lo que ha pasado o vales descuento que no quiero para nada porque jamás volvería a comprar aquí. Nunca me había pasado esto antes con otra empresa y compro muchísimo por internet. Estoy harta de mentiras. Devolverme mi dinero ya que es lo que tenéis que hacer❓
