Ich habe seit Anfang Mai 3 Bestellungen getätigt und alle sind innerhalb von 5 Tagen in der Schweiz angekommen. Unkomplizierte Bestellung und Zahlung und immer alles vollständig geliefert. Immer wieder gerne.

Grandiose Produktauswahl. Einfacher Bestellvorgang, diverse Zahlungsoptionen und toller Kundenservice bei Fragen machen den Einkauf immer wieder zu einer super Entscheidung. Kann ich 100% weiterempfehlen.

Bin mit dem Einkauf, Lieferung und Produkten sehr zufrieden. Wünschenswert wäre eine Niche-Beauty APP für eine bequemere Bedienoberfläche und bessere Möglichkeiten der Interaktion im Gegensatz zur Webseite.

I made an order in April and cancelled it. They confirmed my cancellation than sent it to me. When I got it I contacted them again and they advised me to simple refuse the package so it will be sent back to them and I will get my refund. I did just that. Weeks ago I got confirmation mail that they got their package back and that refund is being made. After that I never got any mail about it again or refund. So a week ago I contacted them again, they forwarded my problem to some other department that was supposed to contact me. Of course no one contacted me. So I contacted my bank and they confirmed me that there was no payment made by them ever. No refund. I can not believe how long I am waiting for my money. They made a mistake, they have sent me a package I cancelled and I returned them package, and still they refuse to give back my money. I have never in my life had such terrible experience with other webshops before. This is just horrible how they treat customers. You wait for their response for weeks. Terrible communication.

Le site promet 3 échantillons gratuits, puis 2 [au choix ?], ainsi qu'un Travel Bag pour une commande supérieure à 225€-. marqués noir sur blanc et sur le site et sur Google. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise en ouvrant mon colis [commande conséquente] de constater [Ô Joie] un magazine [commercial] offert et rien d'autre ? Pas même un échantillon, rien. Faute de temps [et vu les délais de livraison par la Poste -qui prend désormais le relais de DHL en France], je ne retournerai pas ma commande en demandant un remboursement mais, en revanche, plus jamais je ne commanderai sur ce site. Il faudrait arrêter de penser que les clients sont stupides, les appâter pour consommer puis ne pas les considérer. CQFD.
