I have just completed selling my mothers house for her. But, Sam Maloney, kept me well informed and eased the way for me. Even when I had a meltdown, she was there along with the Shoosmiths team , and talked to me explaining everything, clearly , with patience, and using a language I could understand. I shall feel sorry not being able to talk to Sam Maloney anymore, as I did feel like we had bonded, but on the other hand, she has completed her task, effectively and efficiently , so the experience has come to a natural end.
