My AC was down this Friday afternoon and I put in a request thinking I’d have to go the weekend without it, and not 40 minutes after I posted it the tech was at my door ready to help me. Amazing service! The service tech named Dore with FirstKey homes in Tampa needs a raise pronto!

Kyla listen to my concerns and was quick to make sure the Established work order ticket was escalated to the local market for review as the scheduled timing for service was 5 days out. Due to the issue it was labeled a urgent matter in hopes to get this corrected asap.
