When I called to notify of an emergency maintenance request. Weng was very detailed. Listened to my issue, documented it appropriately. She then read back exactly my issue to make sure she didn’t miss anything. I hope maintenance is as responsive as Weng was at recording issue.

Raul Gonzalez was very helpful and patient and answered all of my questions… He even gave me a call back when we got disconnected!

He kept saying debit card and I had to say credit card 3x for him to make sure he was understanding what I was saying. However, he was polite and nice and successfully handled my situation properly.
