Quick service fixing my a/c

I have been a resident of a First Key home, for 5 years.. and the company was going through growing pains when I became a resident, this residence was acquired by First Key homes from a company that I leased from, and there was a lot of confusion and aggravation in the transfer... As well as with the Internet and electronic payment systems, however that was Long ago, and even then the Reps were always considerate, it was always computer glitches, And software issues ect. I am happy to say that all First Keys systems are up and running, and very convenient for all. Even the live support Reps respond to your calls in a reasonable timeframe, with a callback option! The customer service Reps are friendly and courteous, I had a question recently about the Walk in payment options, And Ms.Aica was patient and knowledgeable And provided me with my account number and the closest payment location, and I give her five Stars+ I am a senior citizen and she had to repeat some answers a couple times, however she kept a cool demeanor and never sounded exasperated, Good Job First Key!!
