The company is awful. I have rented for over 10 years and have never experienced the things they have done. The rent is the highest I have ever paid and the house was in shambles. Pond in back was in disrepair and smelled just awful. Floors throughout home were buckling. Leak in the ceiling. Husband died in the house and they would not let me out of my lease without paying an arm and a leg to vacate. I am very disappointed in them. Friends are the reason we rented from First key and I will never rent from them again. I will go on social media and give them a bad review.

Soumi Biswas is amazing her communication is 10/10 she is helped me with my application and everthing , and it sound like she loves doing her job i hope for anyone who calls firstkey homes and needs help with there application gets her !!! i pray i get this home with all her help
