They are the worst, we had multiple safety and maintenance issues in rental property. They dragged their feet and took months to attempt to resolve. Moved out by the end of our lease and they still found a loop hole to bill us more for insufficient notice of move out even though we provided verbal and written notice multiple times over a month in advance. They run a filthy scheme, tenants beware.

She was helpful, fast, and efficient. She seemed to care and was professional.

The reviews on this site are fake. Please look at the real reviews on yelp. This company is scamming people out of their money and charging for everything!! Charging $5-$15 to do self tours! Charging $60 per person for applications. And charging $75 for you to sign the lease. This company is horrible and rents out the worst homes
