I like shopping for needed items on this site, it makes it so much easier to see what I can purchase and use for my family instead of going to the store to buy them. Especially now with COVID-19 I prefer to shop from my home and staying healthy.

Items are great and of high quality. However, when shipping, everything is thrown in a box and several items arrive with damage to their boxes. Not a big deal because the items are still useable, but more care needs to be taken by HSA when they ship items.

I have had a constant fever due to multiple post cancer treatment infections, so I know how to use an ear thermometer. I ordered the caring mill instant ear thermometer, .The readings I got were all over the place, it could not even be explained by ambient ear canal temp. I would take my temp with my old ear thermometer and it read 101.5 the caring mills read 88.1, Then I used my Braun ear and that read 101.2. I sent HSA a request for a replacement as I read reviews saying the first one was crap but the replacement worked. Well, not in my case, I will be requesting a refund,even though this is my first purchase from HSA, I have no faith in the products sold. . I gave 2 stars for the rapid replacement , but I believe for the price the products are lesser grade than generic. Highly disappointed, as I was looking for a dependable company selling dependable products.
