Since becoming a member/shopper, I was greatful for the convenience of shopping with just a click of the finger! This site is easy to navigate, has home medical items available for purchase that you would in some cases need a prescription for. Each time I receive an email about new items I always check it out. I may not purchase at that time but it’s good to know what’s new on the site. Shipping is a breeze my purchase have always shipped out within a day of placing the order, and received in my hands 2-3 days later. Can’t get better than that and it’s standard shipping! Great site I will continue to order!

There was a decent variety of products, and the prices were reasonable. I love being able to shop with my HSA card instead of having to file for a reimbursement, and shipping was very fast. Overall, a great experience, and I will be shopping here again.

I am happy with the service I received here, BEST customer service. I got all my orders within few days, had an issue with one, which was solved withing within a week. By the way very strict rules for return, which make sense. so read them before you open them.

I tried to return a thermometer that did not work and was unable. I do not recommend this store. Customer service is not good.
