Awful experience. Floor was delivered to wrong address despite shipping address being confirmed via email. We had to transport the floor and underlay to the correct address ourselves, this was extremely time and labour intensive. To add insult to injury, we only received a 10% refund. I will not recommend Floor Street ever unless adequate compensation is offered for time and labour correcting their mistake.

Amazing customer service from Khalid, delivery speedy and free. Product was exactly what we required, Khalid responded quickly and was able to confirm product manufacturer (we needed additional stock for prior purchase from elsewhere). All in all excellent service, will be our go to for all futire flooring requirements.
