ELFi has been the fastest refi company I’ve used to date. The online process was so quick and convenient. Joshua Mitchell emailed me right away when I missed a couple of documents to complete my application. Once I submitted everything the underwriting took less than 24 hours to complete. I signed everything electronically and they have even emailed me when the disbursement to my previous loan provider will take place. Any questions I had Joshua was quick at responding to me and answered all my questions. I’ll certainly be recommending ELFi to all my colleagues and friends.
