Candace did a great job walking me through the process. There were several issues along the way that varied from being locked out of my account (and getting no where after calling customer service), to issues with using mobile devices to upload documents, to issues with the website itself being down. Candace was helpful, quick to respond, and friendly despite me asking mundane or repetitive questions. Having somebody I could reach out to directly and get a quick answer from made all the difference in making this a less arduous process. In the end, it was a great execution and an excellent rate!
