I am giving it a 5 star rating because of the great service i received specially from Stan Mitchell. Any question i ever had he answered quickly and thoroughly. The process was pretty easy to do online and not a lot of filling out paperwork. I did have to send more information that i wanted to but besides that great experience overall. Make sure you ready everything slowly and in full because there are a few things that you might miss if your not paying attention on the application and what you have to submit. Good luck everyone.

There were a few times I ran into a couple hick ups in the process but he was there every step of the way and ensured I was able to turn in every item needed in a timely manner. Refinancing a loan can be so stressful and at time I felt like they just keep asking for more and more information but Hunter made it so easy and stress free.
