Their loan underwriting process is more like a mortgage company. I have refinanced my loan numerous times with other companies and didn’t have any problems with my financial information that I provided. I liked the rates they offered initially and was keyed on a specific rate but they ended up offering a higher rate after my application was approved. It just felt like a bait and switch type maneuver. Didier, the loan advisor, was helpful and attentive, however.
