I have been trying to refinance my loans for a long time. I always find the process a bit confusing. ELFI was simple, efficient, and so kind along the way. I love that they set you up with a personal loan advisor. I was paired with Stan Mitchell, who was super helpful and very quick to answer all questions. I secured a great rate and cut my monthly payment in HALF. Definitely recommend if you are looking to refinance.
