The proteins Are tasty but could use more flavor. The vegetables on the other hand are raw Even after five minutes of microwaving them. More variety Of meals is needed. The food is healthy. The food is shipped in sealed black plastic containers which should not be microwaved as that can leach plastic and other toxins into the healthy food.
