Barely food

I was very much looking forward to having low FODMAP meals available during the week so I didn't have to worry about making them. The price was steep, but I reasoned it was worth it for the health benefits and peace of mind. I tried it for two weeks and gave up because some meals were so bad I was gagging. The meals were also inexplicably wet (especially the watery mac & cheese...and I never did see any cheese). The meal packaging was also extremely hard to open and my second delivery was late. Two stars because they did at least prepare low FODMAP meals and send them to me, so that counts for something.

I don't know what I was thinking

I don't know what I was thinking. I ordered 2 weeks worth thinking I would reorder my "favorites". I had to throw them all out. Totally disgusting and inedible! When I contacted them there was no refund opportunity. Don't waste your money.

The first meal I tried was tough and chewy chicken. I couldn’t even chew the chicken. Because I ordered with a first order discount, they would not refund my meals. Sure glad I only ordered a few.

Easiest 5 Stars I've ever given and so beyond deserving of even more!

I've used their product for 3 months now and have just been blown away by how amazing it is. I'm not one who gushes or gives high marks without absolutely justification. With that said... Knowing the purposeful study and planning behind it--addressing/resolving food-related gut-health issues, the selections of amazing foods, and customer service that is by far and above better than ANY I've experienced EVER (no exaggeration), I can say choosing ModifyHealth is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Little negatives like the difficulty of getting the vacuum-sealed covering off when not using a microwave for heating; unappetizing texture of any mashed potatoes; some foods being a little bland (fixed by adding my own desired seasonings), are greatly outweighed by the diverse selection of tasty and fulfilling meals you'd pay twice as much for at a restaurant or other meal-delivery service. Add to that the complete lack of stress or worry from knowing what you're eating is not going to trigger some GI issue, and that you don't have to actually deal with any meal prep; scheduling is completely per your own desires/needs; as well as the kindest and most supportive customer service reps, respectable pricing, and a non-aggressive subscription arrangement, and any negatives are washed away. Without hesitation, choosing 5-stars (which I rarely do unless I'm blown away) is not only easy, but a delight to do. I have recommended ModifyHealth to many and will continue to do so without hesitation.

Received multiple orders in error a week late and will not be able to get a refund. Low quality food!

My first order was delayed by over a week. Two days after the first order arrived I received and was charged for a second order. Then I got an email the following day that a third order was processing. They refuse to refund me for any of it, and the food is terrible! Everything is extremely watery after being heated up. I would never recommend this to anybody, and the customer service has been absolutely unhelpful. I would avoid this service!

UPS took 5 days to deliver & the dry…

UPS took 5 days to deliver & the dry ice bags were melted when recvd. Meat & chicken were overdone. Needed seasoning.
