I really appreciate getting an order cancelled and being refunded. It has kept me from cancelling since I don’t want orders all the time. You also helped me figure out how to stop future orders not just the current week. Always very helpful and friendly

The meals I had so far have been awful. I could only eat a small portion. The shrimp and rice had 4 shrimp and the rest was rice. The 2nd meal I had was not as advertised at all. My delivery instructions are clear to leave at my apartment door. However UPS left this heavy box (difficult for me) in a lockbox that I had to carry to my car and then up to my apartment. As the shipper, you should give clear instructions which I have on file with you.

The problem was handled promptly and efficiently. I do have to make contact with customer service weekly by phone as the required code needed to log in does not appear in either my email nor by text message. I would like to see this issue corrected.
