Very responsive as always!

Excellent and timely responses from the Customer Care team members . I had most recently had problems logging into my account. It was "after hours" when I was trying so had to leave a VM message and also sent an e-mail in the "CONTACT US" link. I immediately received a response (3 e-mails) from the customer care team members indicating that there had been a problem with an upgrade and it was fixed the next day. They all did a wonderful job of immediate followup with me , which I truly appreciated.

Meals are sent timely each week and if we have any delivery issues, they assist quickly. The meals meet the nutritional requirements selected (for instance, gluten free and dairy free), are healthy, easy to prepare and flavorful.

I have been ordering their food for quite a while. I really really enjoy it. It’s super easy and delicious. In my opinion, it helps with my digestive issues and I feel like it gives me a lot of fiber. When I run out, I can’t wait to get my next delivery. And the customer service is amazing!

Nice selection available though a few dishes can be improved. For instance the Bean "Hamburger" is a glaring example as it doesn't stay together in the slightest and isn't any sort of a hamburger at all. The chicken doesn't microwave well as it's bit too chewy. I do have my favorites as I'm certain others will find their own. What I don't like is: 1-You increased the salt in your choices from around 450 mg per choice to 650ish, NOT GOOD. 2- Though I've asked a couple of times, the print in your ingredients list is borderline illegal as it's really too small to read without a magnifying glass. 3- It'd be nicer if you'd eliminate the plastic containers. Yes, I realize that #5 plastic is recyclable but that really isn't a solution. Bamboo containers are one of many possibilities.

I like the variety of foods in the FODMAP section. I also like matching the number of breakfasts to dinner entres. One suggestion: is it possible to cross over and select a few items from MEDITERRANEAN diet?

Great tasting and healthy meals that I feel confident eating without the concerns I typically have adhering to the Low FODMAP diet. In addition, the customer service and communication is outstanding!

LOVE this service! They make being on the Low Fodmap diet so easy.

My food comes on time, the packages never open en route. It's always cold. I would like more variety in the food choices. I find myself growing tired of the options.
