Fluent responded to my call very quickly and addressed the issues. Also, they recently moved my service from the old residence into new residence, and was timely and answered all questions, tested everything and even found issue from initial connection that prior service person had failed to complete. I would recommend Fluent to everyone wanting to have good home security system.

Took advantage of Elderly Mom

Be aware of Fluent's door-to-door salesmen!!! My 82 yo mom let one into her house and was scammed into a 5-year contract. The salesman knew she already had security with another company, but he didn't bother to find out if she still had time on her existing contract. It would have been easy to have her call the company while he was there to check, but he was more interested in getting a big commission. He had her sign all the paperwork that day to tell the other company she was changing services. It cost mom $1500 to pay off the contract. This company is also not clear about how much it really costs for their service. They told mom it would only be $24.99 per month, but she did not understand that she would also have to pay $2000 for new equipment -- which of course would be added to her monthly bill. Between the $1500 contract payment and $2000 in new equipment, she ended up paying more than if she had just stayed with her old company. When I confronted Fluent's management and the salesman, they would not let her out of the new contract. They also kept telling me "Oh, but we're saving her so much money!" The total cost for her was more than her whole monthly Social Security payment. These people are crooks.

WA State attorney representing cheated vulnerable adult

I am a Washington State attorney, and represent a client who has had a very bad experience beginning with the original contract/service with Fluent Home, and then with an automatic three year renewal. I've seen two numbers listed to contact to resolve disputes - one is 855-438-6500 and the other is 855-238-4826. Which one should I call? I'm hoping that a Fluent representative will respond and let me know which number to call to resolve my client's serious concerns. Thank you. Edited 1/30/24 - tried calling and was put on hold forever. If Fluent would like to make an appointment to call me, I hope we can resolve this before I file various complaints and a lawsuit. On February 17 or 18, 2024, I filed complaints with the WA State Attorney General's Office; the Utah BBB; and FTC.gov I am now reaching out to other attorneys to help me with litigation against Fluent Home, LLC

this company is a scam

this company is a scam. my system has not worked, for over a year. tried to get service, always a no show. tried to cancel, even when the contract, has expired. I would avoid this company, unless you want a life of grief.

Trying to get my final bill sent to me so I can pay out the contract. I’ve been told it was sent, a blatant lie. I’ve emailed and was never responded to, this has happened repeatedly over the last 3 years. Have called numerous times and have never received a call back. This has also happened for years. Found out they have auto-renewal on their contracts and caused nothing but grief for many people. Avoid this company at all costs.

John was excellent at verifying my identity and keeping me informed how long and what my expectations were. He fixed my ongoing alarm situation due to changing a couple batteries after only 16 min. This has been an ongoing problem with this equipment. That should be addressed
