Just run!!!

Just run!!!! If I could give a zero I would! Worst experience ever! Only had service since Oct 2023 door bell, wall panel and app have never worked properly was told a tech was coming to fix still 3 months later nothing. I've called over 2 dozen times to be pushed away. Within 30 days of owning I told them I wanted out of contract they lied and told me I couldn't get out of the 5 yr contract. We had our alarm go off for over 15 minutes Dec 26th no one from fluent called to check on us. We called asked why they told us no one works past 9pm. What's the point of service if no one is monitoring it? Unacceptable. We've been told a tech isn't in our area yet a tech came in Oct to install it...kinda odd if you ask me. Was told once it's all fixed a credit would be applied but until it's fixed they aren't going to do anything then was told it's not their responsibility to have functioning equipment...seriously? I've recently reported them to BBB to get out of a contract that has never been working since day 1 and am waiting on response. Buyer beware. Do not use this company they are scam artists and will not help you at all. Still 3plus months later 90% of our equipment doesn't function correctly. Still waiting on a supervisor to contact us back and still waiting a tech to come fix the faulty products.

Poor Equipment and Service

Awful Company - DO NOT USE!!! After moving we were unhappy with the equipment and service as they could not install all equipment in our new home, but were under a 5 year contract so we patiently waited and paid them. However, they snuck an automatic 3 year renewal clause into the contract. Sales person never mentioned, customer service never mentioned. So I finally called to cancel after our 5 year contract was up, but I was too late and am now stuck in an additional 3 year contract. Asked to cancel anyway and they can't even get me a payout amount or a copy of the contract that says I have to pay out the auto renewed contract. Said it will take 2-3 weeks to mail it to me.

We've had Fluent for a few years

We've had Fluent for a few years. It never was a good system to me but my wife waited to keep it anyway. Our panel goes off very often showing tampered. There's no tampering at all. It's aggravating! I called in to only get the monitoring service and not a tech. Then someone's voice came through the panel(that was a first) when I went outside with my dog. I came back in to respond and nobody was there. Now, I'm up with the dang panel still showing and going off with tampered displaying. I'm changing to the Ring system.

Do not EVER deal with this company!

We inherited a Fluent system when we bought a new house, they gave us a free trial to check it out, but it wasn't of much use to us so we declined to continue and cancelled the service. Fluent have continued to charge us every month since, despite the fact that we no longer even have a panel attached to the wall, and despite repeated phone calls to them. Guess it's kinda ironic, for a company who is supposed to protect you from robberies! Terrible customer service, terrible company, avoid at all costs!
