Wish I had never purchased a Super73…
Wish I had never purchased a Super73 bike. First bike failed after 10 months. Took ALOT of ridiculous back and forth with Customer Service and almost 3 months to get a replacement. I've read NUMEROUS reviews where bikes arrive DOA or stop working after a very brief period. Battery life is BS. Always WAY off. Was just riding. The RANGE said 10 mi left. After going .25 mi (WITH PAS) The RANGE dropped to 3 mi. I had to peddle 2 miles home with no torque. At first I loved my bike. I have taken all SUPER73 decals off my bike. If anyone askes what brand it is, I tell them and I tell them to buy a similar model on AMAZON for 1/2 the price. With the cost of Super73 bikes, it's ridiculous the problems involved with them. ... SMH.

Gewoon kwaliteitsproblemen met mijn fiets, maar de reactie van het bedrijf is nog erger. De mensen in de reparatie proberen te helpen, maar geven het idee dat ze niet weten waar ze mee bezig zijn of waar ze over praten. Sinds vorige week ben ik geen klant meer. Ik raad aan om weg te blijven van dit bedrijf.

Super73 na 7 mnd motor stuk
Super73 na 7 mnd motor stuk. Volgens Super73 mag je niet in de sneeuw en pekel op straat rijden want anders gaat de motor stuk. Belachelijk. Motoren van de Bike zijn niet eens waterdicht. ZE zeggen bij super73 dat dit niet onder garantie valt want is eigen schuld. Ze willen ons een nieuwe motor aansmeren en die kost €600.Stelletje oplichters zijn het. En ze willen ook geen onderdelen leveren om de bike bij een ander specialist te laten maken.

As many people are finding via places like here, private FB groups and reddit, this company will happily take your money buuuuuuuut need help? "get on your bike and out of here". I bought the RX model, had a few issues along the way but the killer was the battery stopping to function. I was in a support email chain with someone at super73 for months. They asked so many questions and asked for pictures it just felt ridiculous and a prolonged way to get out of supporting. In the end it was exactly that... months into it the suggestion is i buy a new battery from them €999 with no expected ETA but another suggestion was i just find someone else to fix it. I needed to arrange the cash and as much as i didn't like it i wanted to make good on my investment. I contacted Super73 and said "ok lets do this". I had a quick response to tell me they no longer shipped in my area and to find a dealer in the EU. Basically dusting their hands and telling a customer to bugger off and its not our problem. From their suggestion i contacted dealers in my country and outside to finally sort this. All dealers were happy to sell bike but were a bit frustrated from the support they got from Super73. In the end i finally found somewhere in the same place as the main office that won't ship. I contacted them and told them the situation and they said Super73 had told them they should have a battery in a 2 week window. So i bought one, April 4th, 4 weeks go by, i contact the company again and they tell me "Super73 now says mid May or end of May", so 2 weeks will likely be 2 months if not at all. My hopes are not high. My bike is sitting unused now for 8 Months, i can't use it, i can't sell it and no idea at this point if it will ever be used again as Super73 has once again done what is making them famous in the community, not giving a care about their customers. BEWARE, do your research, make sure you can have issues supported before making a purchase... but i would advise going for a different bike and company. This one sucks.

Falling apart within a year
I bought one of these heaps of junk. Within the first three months I had to replace the chain which broke, had to get the breaks fixed and the saddle came off. It is now taking up space in my storage. I loath this company.
