An accessory which turned into a headache
15€ delivery for an accessory, delivery driver never came to deliver to my house and took my parcel back in the depot. I drove there and picked it up , and now they won’t provide me with a return label because in the tracking it still says that package awaiting me to pick up(1 month lol) Super73 Customer support also sucks, I am getting one reply every five days. I am wondering how they are still allowed to sell in Europe with this kind of support and behavior!

After buying a few bikes there, the last one arrived pretty damaged. There were multiple written apologies and the advice to simply repaint the damaged areas. No compensation, no concessions. There was also no bike lock, which was supposed to be included with the bike as a bonus. You really only pay for the name. I am happy with the goods, but I will neither recommend the European branch nor will I ever shop there again.

Super 73 Europa failliet in Europa !!! Pand staat helemaal leeg. De werkplaats medewerker die in een andere ruimte zit zei ik weet niet hoe lang dit nog open blijft maar het hele pand + showroom is weg. Kijk ik ook niet van op met de service wat ze leveren. Your website states 1 to 2 days for delivery, that's a lie cause I have waited over 2 weeks for my order to be delivered.

La qualité de l’emballage est tout simplement parfaite, le service est +- rapide et la prise en main est très facile. Un point à améliorer est peut-être de tenir + au courant les clients durant la période de livraison. Après un achat de ce montant, on attend qu’une seule chose c’est de l’avoir à la maison. 🥹
