I live the bike a d it’s performance on flat ground. It‘s comfortable and perfect for riding with kids in the back.

What they say, they dont Do They broke my lamp,so i can by a New one frome them (Duivendrecht)of course not.

Great product : fast, easy to ride, good equipment, and perfect quality. Fast shipping and easy to assemble. Only one negative point : customer service is really hard to contact and the answer is very late. Anyway I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I highly recommend the Super 73 R-Adventure !

Nice bike but their customer service is TERRIBLE! I have been trying to connect with someone for weeks. My son rode this $2500 Bike for 1 week and the brake pads came lose and 1 fell out. I have tried reaching someone about this. Noone has responded. We took the ebike to the shop, they put the brakes back in, $90.

The battery charger I ordered was sent to the wrong address. It’s been now several months that super73 has my correct address and never got my charger sent. Called many times but my problem was never taken seriously.

every thing went fine, just really difficult to get informations about the delivery expectations.

You sent me the wrong Tire and you are not responding for weeks. Haven´t heard back from you yet
