Bike is great

Bike is great, but certain gears don't function well. Might be because it needs to be adjusted - but that should have been right from the start. Now want to book an appointment and heard it can take two weeks before your bike gets fixed.

I buy this bike and said on the site…

I buy this bike and said on the site that the shipping is in 3/4 days... I order it july 14 until now august 1 still nothing ..... I email the costumerservice but no one replay.... I fully paid the bike and even an email nothing... This company should be demolish coz no one is working properly.... Let my money back if u dont care about costumers....

I bought an S2

I bought an S2. The 1st problem is that it came without the battery key. The 2nd problem is that two weeks in and my hub makes cracking noises whenever I ride the bike. The 3rd problem is that I sent an email with these issues, and things are moving very slowly. I still did not receive the key (after some email exchanges). I still didn't hear back about the hub. So yeah - kind of a bad experience overall. The service should be waaaay better - especially if for the price you ask.

Im not geting the answers i need sinds resivde my order, i cant conekt to the app cos i made a mistake in the aplication to the app and i want to resolve this, i did kt even het a conformation of thad ot was ok ot just sed inwas loged in bud im not cosni gave the rong serial number, i ask this qwestion befor and all i get is more ads to buy the same produckt i already purchest

Quick delivery

After hearing horror stories about how long it takes for deliveries to arrive, I emailed 73 with questions. They took a while to reply but when they did they were very helpful. I placed the order and within ten days my GRZLY tires arrived via ups. I would definitely order again but I would reccomended checking with them to see if they are encountering any shipping delays etc.
