Worst company ever dealt with.

Great looking bike. And that's where it stops. Defective materials, defective battery and the worst customer service ever, ever experienced: this company is a total joke. Battery shuts down radomly and when you turn it in at EU HQ you'll be without any alternative other then staring at your lifeless bike for at least 3 weeks. Worst thing: Super73 doesn't care a rat's ass because they've sold another piece of junk. Save your money on quality stuff other than Super73.

Got my rx in 9 days

Got my rx in 9 days. Had a problem with the horn, replacement part shipped inside a week. 10/10

What a bike (+++) What a company (- - -)

What a bike: - top notch aesthetics - brilliant performance - etc. What a company: - still waiting for ordered stuff (cover) 6 mnths now - battery is not working properly: is being investigated now...for over 3 weeks now. Super73 cant give me an update, doesn't want me to call (contact should be via Urban eBikes b/o lease). Urban eBikes cant get hold of their account manager at Super73, won't return their calls, etc. This is really one of the worst customer service I have experienced. Ever.

Waste of money

Replacing the rims was a total joke at HQ Amsterdam Just a re tensioning of the spokes repair that took over a month and the problem with eggshaped rims is recurring again. Its unsafe! Not build for quality nor build to last. Highly dissatisfied.

Zwakke fiets die niet tegen de regen kan .

Net nieuw uit de doos in 2 weken al 3x kapot . Banden te hard opgepompt, dan weer stukje glas erin ( met gewone fiets nog niet een keer gebeurd ) . Hele lieve klantenservice moet nieuws melden deze fiets niet tegen de regen kan . Dat t inderdaad kan kloppen dat de spaken kapot kunnen gaan zodat t wiel indeukt . Het wordt een uitdaging om op deze fiets te fietsen zonder dat hij stuk gaat of jijzelf omdat je verwacht dat je door deze dikkere banden niet zomaar onderuit gaat op een paar natte herfstblaadjes . De service is goed en zeer klantvriendelijk , dat verzacht de pijn een beetje .
