Awesome bike, The worst existing customer service. I got a defective battery & that's more than 1month & a half that they got it for a "repair". Since 2 weeks they said "we will send it immediatly"... Since then, whenever i sent an email, i get no more answer. That's how they works. If you want to use this bike as a daily bike,avoid it, you'll regret it.

Amazing Product, although for this price some accessories would be nice! Like foot pegs, a little under seat bag, or a GPS tracking possiblity
Piepende trapas
Na een-tweetje of drie in bezit te zijn van me Super73 S2 een piep uit de trapas. Heel irritant geluid, langsgereden bij ze en meteen geholpen door Carlos en Daniël. Uurtje wachten en kop koffie en nu weer lekker rijden, nul kosten dus top service.
Defecte super73
Fiets 3 maanden kwijt, zou gerepareerd worden. Nog steeds hetzelfde probleem na 1 jaar. Krijg geen reactie op mails. Zeer teleurgesteld

First of all, the bike is really amazing. The first sensation while being on it was just a huge "wow". Great sensations guaranteed. In addition to that, the customer team did a great job and is customer oriented. We had a discussion about some changes that needed to be made on my bill and my problem was solved rather quickly. I appreciated the mindset. I recommend Super 73 to any people wanting to buy an amazing electric bike from a very trustworthy company.
