Excellent Super 73 Customer Services

Made a warranty claim with Super 73. Delays in sending replacement part due to Brexit and Covid. I was always kept informed and updated on progress by customer services. Part arrived as promised. Well done customer services.

A great product

I purchased to ZG model for my son and what a great product it is and it really stands out as a cool bike. The quality is also excellent and it is very well made. The only downside so far would be the charging unit which is not quite as robust as the charging units I have on two other e-bikes we have but this is a minor point.

Great support, Shady Business Choices

Firstly, like every one says the customer service is great. What has annoyed me about this is the large business choices. **MODDERS BEWARE** The ZG comes with a smaller motor than its equivalent Z US model counter part. They created a video to explain the differences about these products and it was not mentioned, quite a big thing I feel to be omitted from it. And it is not like that motor isn't available in the EU the next model up has it. This was purely a greed choice I believe. Every body likes modding their bikes, be it with something as simple as changing the grips or changing the controller. All I can say is that I am very disappointed someone made the choice in this company to charge more for a bike with a smaller motor. After find this out I cancelled my order and will look at a Chinese clone.

Bike had lots of malfunctions

Bike had lots of malfunctions and it's not sutable for the dutch rainy weather. Wich sucks alot. Really unfortunate and might wanna regret my decision. But if it works and its a sunny day, it is awesome to ride.
