Would generally recommend a Super73 bike. I have not had a bike for 15 years and after falling very ill with COVID I was looking for a lifestyle change. I seen a Super73 bike on an advert and loved the style. I love the freedom of my bike and the fresh air and exercise that goes with it and the fact its pretty much a motor bike with no tax or insurance. Its fast enough in my opinion as I am not used to riding bikes, I have the ZX. Its very well made and the paint job its outstanding love the colour. I get they are expensive but for me it was worth it so I can enjoy the out doors as the tires are great for off road also. I live in the UK and it turns so many heads when Im cruising also g the coast

Very poor response times / Defective Battery on arrival
Having recieved the bike on the 5th of August, it appears I have a defective battery as it is neither charging from the charger unit, or powering the control unit when connected to the bike. All checks that can be performed have been undertaken at the request of technical staff, with their own support service suspecting the battery as defective. Customer support is slow and I am waiting days between contact from their support team. Whilst the member of staff I have been dealing with has been supportive, I am essentially conducting testing and diagnostics on a faulty product that just needs to replaced. A replacement battery / solution to the problem has yet to be offered and it's now the 18th of August. Would have less concerns if the support team were responsive, but I'm being left in the dark at the moment.

I love(d) my Super73 ZX but...
I love my Super73 ZX ! It arrived in just under 8 days (to Switzerland) and since then I've been riding it everywhere I go. Customer support is pretty quick to answer whenever I have a question or issue. The fact that the bike can go over 40kmh is pretty cool too ;) The ZX is the perfect commuter ! Only thing I regret is not taking the RX for off-road use... (5 stars review at this point) *** Update : Unfortunately, after a few months a battery problem occurred and the battery had to be sent back by UPS for repair. Super73 took care of sending me a UPS courier to pick up the package but UPS lost the package and refused to refund anything, saying it was delivered (which was not the case). Super73 did not make any commercial gesture and charged me for the replacement of the battery at full price (about 800€). They also did not help me to solve the dispute with UPS for the lost package. I don't blame Super73 for the lost package, however, in the first place, the battery should not have failed after 2 months of use and the fact that I had to buy a new one was only because the first one failed. In other words, Super73 could have at least stepped up and given me a discount for a new battery.

Super 73 expetienced quite a lot of difficulty sending me a bag due to new the customs relationship between Europe and the UK, but they persevered and eventually I received the bag in perfect condition.
Some much issues in 15 days...
I bought a ZX on July 21st. Received, 8 days later. Fresh out of the box, everything looks good. 1h later bike and app ask for updates (firmware). At this time, impossible to connect an Android device to the bike. Today, August 11th, nothing changed... Still can't use the bike with the app (no GPS, no mode selection...). I also have a battery issue...after 10 days of emails exchange with support team, I have to send back my battery to have a new one... Damn! The right way should be to send me a new one BEFORE I have to send mine back... I'm very disappointed. Not my best deal ever... However the guy from the support (Magali) is very nice and serious person. Think twice before choosing your e-bike...
