Arrived within a reasonable time frame and appropriately packaged - sadly not quite what we were looking for for our garden pond, but no reflection on the quality of the product received.

Easy process on ordering, paying and delivered on time as arranged, although we couldn’t get the pallet truck over the gravel as warned on delivery instructions- it wasn’t too much of a problem though- my husband and his wheelbarrow are getting quite efficient these days 😂!

Ordering was simple and I was able to choose a delivery date to suit. The delivery was split on the day and delivered over two days. The products seem to be of a good quality, however there were quite a few on one of the four pallets that were broken but you need to, be aware that unless 10% of the total delivery are damaged you are unable to make a claim!!

Lovely piece of wood just what I was looking for would buy from here again
