The company charged me an extra £60 for next day delivery by 1pm. I was assured via email that if the order was not delivered by 1pm I could claim a refund. The order was delivered by 3.45pm and I requested a refund for the £60 extra delivery charge via email. Melton Stone did not bother to respond to my written request for a refund nor did they honour their pledge to provide the refund to me. Disappointing that a supposedly reputable company would renege on their committment.
