I never received my order. Which I paid €150. Customer service was responsive but a bit dismissive, basically told me it was my fault because I put down a wrong address. I use the same address all the time with other companies & courier companies have delivered from outside the country before with absolutely no issues. I believe the correct label with the full address was never used on the parcel. Still waiting for my delivery Ordered on 14 March

Paid £5 for shipping and it took far too long to come. Not impressed.

Pilgrim jewellery is well made, reasonably priced and on trend. Many pieces are made with recycled materials which is good for the planet, as a consumer that matters to me. When they have a clearance sale, it’s genuine, perfect opportunity to snap up a few bargains. My latest order had a slight issue with the delivery. I contacted Pilgrim online customer service and guess what ? A REAL person got in touch with me within 24Hr. Yes, an actual human !! My issue was resolved in a speedy, courteous manner. Thank you Pilgrim!
