Incredible Customer Service & Beautiful Jewelry!

I’ve bought a couple of rings from Pilgrim a few months ago, and I’ve absolutely loved them. However, today, one of my rings unexpectedly broke while I was wearing it—no impact, no accident, just out of nowhere. Which could end up being a bad experience for me but their customer service turned the tables so quickly! I reached out to their customer service, and within 8 minutes, I got a response saying they were already sending me a replacement. 1.5 hours later, I received a shipping confirmation! That level of efficiency and care completely blew me away. I already loved Pilgrim’s designs, but experiencing their top-tier customer service has made me an even bigger fan. I’ll definitely be ordering more jewelry from them in the future. Highly recommend! 💖✨

Sunglasses looked cute but unfortunately never received :(

Unfortunately I didn’t receive my order, it was a birthday gift but never came. When I checked the tracking info I was given two different answers: one was out for delivery and the other stated it had been delivered to Denmark (?) following an unsuccessful attempted delivery on 04/03. I therefore checked my Ring door camera and there was no attempted delivery at my house on that day (I was also in all day and heard nothing). I reached out to Pilgrim Customer Services and was told it had been delivered to a random Royal Mail sorting office, not that close to my house. I decided to go and check if this were the case myself, only to find this random sorting office was open from 8-10am Monday to Thursday only, which is impossible to get to on time with 3 small children to take to nursery and school for 9:00am. I went back to Pilgrim I’d paid for delivery to my house and the package appeared to have, at worst been lost or at best sent somewhere where it was irretrievable and therefore I’ve paid for nothing. Regrettably, I was met with a very non-human and templated response each time- ‘we don’t control deliveries’ again and again and again. I’m not sure if the replies are AI generated, but there was definitely nothing human about them. Whilst I understand the delivery (or lack thereof) is not the direct fault of that customer service representative, it IS the responsibility of customer services to respond and rectify errors for customers so they don’t need to take matters further. Luckily, I was able to do a chargeback through my bank for the amount paid. I’m not sure if this is due to it being an international delivery, but the responses from customer service representatives were less than subpar and frankly dismissive. I wouldn’t find it acceptable or normal to allow a customer to pay for, well nothing? Without trying to help and at least arrange another delivery. Anyways, I hope this is able to help someone who is thinking of buying from Pillgrim internationally or at least can be a learning opportunity for the customer services to treat their customers with more respect. Thanks :)
