Bought sunglasses as a birthday present, quality was perfect but the delivery address was recorded wrong by the company so had to jump through some hoops to actually receive the package

I didn't received the package yet, and they didn't explain 1) if the package was damaged, as GLS claims, and It was replaced, and this is why it's not arrived yet; 2) GLS are not due to consign within 5 to 7 days, as Pilgrim site, on the contrary, states. I have ordered the pack on March 9th. Last Thursday (March 20th), a Pilgrim employee wrote me that I would received the pack within the day or on Friday (yesterday) maximum delay. I am still waiting.
