Anyjunk took a booking knowing there were roadworks outside my house. Didn't contact me to discuss problems. Men arrived without proper equipment to carry a large freezer (eg sack trolly). Failed to collect the item. Failed to tell me they wouldn't collect. Refused to refund £55 I had paid. Having read this review Anyjunk seek to rely on contractual terms which are not clearly displayed and are unwilling to take any responsibility. Atrocious customer service, appalling and shoddy business practice. They must be very cheap to be so widely used by councils, leaving customers very little choice. Complete rip off.

Good communication as to arrival time etc

Really easy to book. Arrived on time to remove my item. A great way to dispose of large items that won't fit in the car. Would use again.

Great company! This is the third time I have used this company and every time the service is outstanding. Booking is straightforward & the team always arrive within the scheduled time giving updates about their arrival. They clear the debris effectively and always clean afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

Clowns, waited a month for a slot they told me 7am onwards and they came at 6.30am. Fridge was outside at 6.45am. Rubbish company🤣.
