This company has the contract for Camden to remove kitchen equipment for Camden residents, but does not fulfil its duties. It takes 1 month to get a booking with them to remove 1 item of kitchen equipment for the 21st January. They did not bother to come and collect the item on the 21st January and so the item is still sitting outside my building. When I emailed them on 21st January in the evening, they claimed they came, pretended they had attached a photo, yet no photo attached to the email. Completely dishonest and unreliable. They will be repeating this behaviour all over Camden and then billing Camden for a service they do not provide! They just sent me a photo of a completely different property! After 3 phone calls and 4 emails to AnyJunk on 22 January they reckon they will now pick up next Tuesday 28 January, will see if they stick to their word or pull any more stunts. I have a feeling they do this in order to charge Camden Council twice for removal! I will be updating this review with the outcome ..... 28 January - the item sat outside my building since 20 January was taken by someone else on 25 January, most likely someone who collects metal, so the moral of the story its easier to get kitchen equipment removed by metal collectors than relying on AnyJunk. Shame various Local Councils have signed a contract with AnyJunk to pick up monthly.

Prompt helpful service and extremely reliable. Booking slots available quickly and they come in take everything away and leave it spotless. Very impressive and will continue to use them as this is the 4th time we’ve used AnyJunk. Great company.
