Really great experience! Very impressed! Dan who collected the stuff was really friendly, helpful, and arrived when he said he would. Had called earlier in the day to check timings so make sure we were in when he arrived the lady who answered the call was again really friendly and helpful. I could not fault them at all. Absolutely amazing service, from booking to clearance. A few months ago, we ordered a new mattress and the pick up for our old one was included in the price but outsourced to AnyJunk. It was super easy to arrange everything and I was impressed by the continuous updates provided by e-mail and text. The crew even took photos of the mattress and then the cleared area, both of which were then sent to me by e-mail. Because of this great service, I booked a pick up of bulky rubbish when we had a clear out a couple of weeks ago. The price was more than competitive and the service absolutely amazing again. As a bonus - because some of our items had been taken by someone over night and there was less to be picked up by AnyJunk, they automatically issued a partial refund so we ended up just paying the fee which would have been due for a tier below that amount of rubbish I had booked. AnyJunk will definitely be my choice every time. 5*+++

They never collect the full quantity despite the actual load being less than the amount paid for- happens every time, contractors always looking to get paid for a second load

Excellent service at a fair price

Easy to book on line compared to a lots of on line things. Prompt response. On the day very impressed with email to say driver on the way and name of the driver with image. Professionally handle , felt comfortable the rubbish will be dealt with correctly.

So easy to sort out price and collection. All done on time and kept up to date about collection time
