Very pleased with their service. I was hesitant booking a collection on line but need not have worried. All l went well, impressed by the two workers who were thoughtful and helpful. There was a problem with getting our large sofa through the door. They resolved this quickly and efficiently, it really was a challenge. Reasonable cost for service in comparison to other firms.

Absolutely outstanding service, professional and friendly

Booked a pickup for the 08:30 to 13:00 slot on 8 May. At 12:48, the dispatcher called to say it would be closer to 15:00. At 15:21 the driver called to say it would closer to 16:30, but that he couldn't make it as they stop at 17:00 (note that the second pickup slot of the day is listed as 13:00 to 18:00). The driver said I would be the first pickup (roughly 08:00) the next day. They barely picked up before 13:00 a day after scheduled. Update 2 days after review above: they didn't respond to my email asking me to contact them

Was let down by Hippo, found AnyJunk online, easy to deal with turned up on time cleared up the site really quickly. Will use again.
