The guys phoned first to check we were ready and confirmed what time they would arrive. They were very efficient and helpful and got the job done in no time.

Any junk use third party vendors to collect the rubbish and these people are just try money by not efficiently putting rubbish into the van. Even if the van is not full, the driver is not "COMFORTABLE" in filling the van and then you got mail from anyjunk to book for another van.

Excellent. Very good communication, clear answers to any queries, good customer service. Skip delivered on time, placed neatly without issue, collected promptly again without any issue. It was a large skip and I live on a small cul-de-sac so particularly impressed with that.

AnyJunk did not see items for collection on the driveway and did not try to phone me, ring at the bell. They just drove by and left. I had left the items inside the house because of uncertain weather forecast. They sent an email just before arriving. I tried to catch them in front of the house but they had already left. Basically charging me just for passing by. I asked AnyJunk to come back another day, but they referred to their T&C.

My first time of using AnyJunk and I would use them again. After initially failing to pick up all but one of the items, they returned promptly to put this right. Great company to deal with, especially Jennifer who dealt with my query speedily and effectively.
