Professional and polite

Asked AnyJunk to collect some rubbish and boxes that were left over from a commercial office move. Estimated a rough guide and they attended site without assistance and collected quickly. Great service.

They carried my 5 seater corner sofa from the 1st floor flat absolutely amazing service and very freindly people and they collected the sofa on time.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! I used this company to remove my bathroom renovation waste. First collection, the team came and collected only 1/3 of what was agreed from the photos. I complained and the service centre agreed to collect all the waste that was remaining by paying extra and increasing the overall collection volume; however, second collection did not come on time and I had to shoulder the costs for the time that my builder wasted waiting for the collection team. After another complaint, the collection team came for the third time but the bulky waste still remain on site including the bathtub which had been agreed to be taken away. The truck left despite having more than ample space and me saying that I could pay the additional costs. Very disappointing as there is a clear disconnect between the service centre and the collection team. The company does not honour the initial quotation which they agreed upon by the photos that I provided, and do not care about the time that I had wasted waiting for their team.

Removed an awkward outsize TV stand from a difficult situation without any fuss. Quietly I was worried they would complain and increase the quote but they did not. The two gentlemen are good ambassadors for their company.

Excellent service for a very competitive price. Used a different company before but not again. They were punctual, friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anyjunk if you’re in the SW.

Good initial ‘phone contact. Appointment made and kept with an e mail and text update on the appointed day on progress of arrival. Cheery drivers who collected my rubbish swiftly with the minimum of fuss.
