Easy to book service. I like the way that they refund money if what they pick up is less than what you booked. They come when they say they are coming and are polite and cheerful when on-site

Fast, clean, helpful and good price .

This will be the third time i've used AnyJunk to dispose of furniture etc prior to a move or to make way for new. My first two experiences were superb, great service and reasonable price. This last experience though, was pretty rubbish. I had a van booked a week in advance and reserved a Saturday slot to take x2 sofas away. Having got up at 6am to potentially have them arrive at any point in the day i had a call from their team at around 2pm to say they couldn't make it. Called the office who in fairness were very apologetic and told me the earliest they could do next was Monday which was a total bloody nightmare as the new sofas were being delivered on the Sunday. Thankfully my neighbours helped me put the old sofas on their end so we could get the new ones in. The AJ team that arrived on Monday were very good and in and out really fast. What irked me was the fact I had to call the AJ office on Monday morning to get a confirmation they were arriving and the person i spoke to was pretty dismissive. Also no discount for this almighty duck up was offered which considering I had to take a morning off work for the Monday morning was also pretty poor.

Quick efficient service no trouble and quick turn around

Absolutely awful. I booked a one hour slot over a week before my actual collection, then was told the day before that they couldn't make it and insisted on a morning only collection. Called them to tell them it was no good, and was simply told they'd cancel it and refund me. No sincere apology, and now I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund. Will never use again.
