We had used AnyJunk on previous occasions and were very impressed with their work. But this time:- Having measured the quantity of junk we had and listed the things we felt weighed a lot we opted for a van suitable to take our rubbish. One man turned up (late) - couldn't/ wouldn't take it. To cut a long story short (which goes on for over a week with various men turning up unexpectedly) everything was finally taken. On numerous occasions I was told "the office would call me back" but they never did. Then various invoices arrived with no explanation as to why or what. Basically a complete shambles.

I've used them several times now and it's always been a breeze, even when one job went wrong they worked really hard to resolve it for me and I'll gladly reccomend them to anyone
