They didn't clear it properly

I have used AnyJunk on many occasions and always found them to be courteous and efficient. The only hiccup I had on the day was not being notified of the time they were arriving.

Went online (having read the reviews) and booked and paid for a slot, some X6 days later and numerous attempts to speak to someone and having left my contact details on my several emails the rubbish is still sitting there and no one has told me when it will be going! Maybe this review will do the trick? M Morgan

Anyjunk failed to arrive the first time the second time they tried to move the pick-up to the next day but forgot to tell me the appointment was changed. On the third attempt I rang them to confirm and they did arrive but needed two journeys as there was too much. Collection workers were good but their organisation needs to be radically improved.
