Easy to book, I also made a mistake and had to reschedule and this was accommodated really quickly. The removal men had to get a 2 seater sofa down several flight of stairs and an awkward staircase which they made look easy. They were in and out in 5 minutes.

Quick, efficient, cheaper than a skip, clean and tidy clearance. I could not be more impressed.

You expect customers to know the size of their Junk, yet you dont ask for pictures or come check it. When the team arrive to take it the constantly moan about it. They call you to complain about it and try to get you to charge more. You say no they have to clear all for no additional money, they tell me this. Then call their boss, who tells them not to remove it all without me agreeing to pay another £150 and say AnyJuck will contact me. You dont even bother to contact me, you just take more money from my account without asking. I'm sure keeping my payment details is illegal and also taking more money without asking me is stealing!!

I was expecting a lorry with a lift to take away the hippo bags however Guy turned up in his van and moved everything by hand. He was swift and left the drive spotless. Excellent service.
