Pretty damn good really, 2 helpful, friendly ops who bent over backwards to help (also under the weight of some of the stuff they were asked to shift) but good stuff!

The men who came were kind and efficient. The admin made me feel I was committing a crime and the invoice was not called an invoice and itemisation on it was unclear and I found all that upsetting. But all done as hoped and I think AnyJunk is competitively priced.

I would give 0 stars. They are just scammers, waiting to get your money and do 0 efforts to work and provide the service. Very not polite at all. Arrogant people with 0 human feelings. Very disappointed. I would never recommend them. Better do it yourself!

Workmen were professional and loaded junk efficiently. There was a minor issue regarding pricing but that was promptly resolved by AnyJunk customer care offices. I'm happy with the services so will definitely be using them again.

Paid for 4 yards but changed the price when they attended because they said it was too heavy, although it was less than 4 yards and not too heavy. Reply. At the time of collection the rubbish had been moved from the garden to the street we had no choice but to accept the extra charges. There was below the 4 yards we booked and i was unaware its based on weight also. I did not see that when booking.
