Beds great. My son loves it. The drawers don’t really align but no biggy. Delivery within two days. Delivery driver very helpful and gave plenty instruction on which order to open boxes.

Customer service eventually gave us a partial refund for the bed we purchased because there is so much wrong with it. However they are now not interested in continued issues we have. The finish is extremely poor and most of the joins don’t line up. There are large gaps in places and the veneer is turning up at the corners. On top of that I was sent two emails about the issues which were meant to have been sent internally. One of which very rudely referred to be as ‘this woman’. Overall a very very poor experience with both the company and the product

They have been very communicative, they called me to let me know when the bed was going to be shipped, and it arrived earlier than expected. The bed is fabolous and my kids love it. Very sturdy and steady and it fits perfectly in their bedroom. Thank you!

Another bed bought from this great company. Allowed my daughter to choose her new bed, she chose the Neptune in the Anthracite Grey with Red edging. Wasn't really sure about the colour but went for it. Have got to say the colour is amazing and the bed has lots of storage for toys etc. Every time someone pops round can't help but show them my Daughters new bed. A happy Mother and daughter thank you so much
